We had Tyeco come out to frame our basement ADU and they did an amazing job. This being my first GC rodeo, they took the time to explain everything to me and ask me about details I wouldn't have known to ask about, like blocking for a bathroom towel bar. They made sure the work was done right, and every other contractor that saw the framing commented on how well it was done. Even the city inspectors! They did such a great job and were so good with communication and showing up on time as promised that we hired them to do our doors and window trim. I had a tricky request for a wood casing and sill but the team took the time to understand, ask me all the questions, and delivered a really beautiful result. They also custom built the pocket door wood accent that matches the windows perfectly.
